I signed up for Fotor because it was advertised as free, but shortly after creating my account, I noticed that money was withdrawn from my card without my permission or approval. At no point did I authorize this payment, yet Fotor still charged me. What makes the situation worse is that when I decided to close my account completely, the platform did not allow me to delete it. Even after canceling, my information remains tied to their system, which makes me very uncomfortable.
If Fotor insists on keeping the credits they provided, that is fine, but I demand that the unauthorized amount taken from my card be refunded in full. Customers should not be forced to go through multiple channels or legal routes to fix something that should be straightforward. I have already wasted too much time trying to resolve this.
I expect Fotor to issue my refund immediately and permanently delete my account upon request. This matter needs to be handled without delay so users can trust that their personal and financial information is protected.
