Fotor Charged $39.99 Without My Consent After Free Trial

I recently signed up for a free trial on Fotor’s website, expecting no charges unless I chose to continue with a paid plan. However, to my surprise, without any notification or approval, $39.99 was withdrawn from my card. I never agreed to a paid subscription, and no confirmation screen, email, or warning was provided before this deduction.
This unauthorized charge has left me both financially and emotionally frustrated. A company should not promote a free trial and then take money from customers without their explicit consent. I immediately checked my account and confirmed that the payment was processed by Fotor without my authorization.
I am demanding a full refund of the $39.99 that was wrongly charged to my card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action on my own. Fotor must stop these unauthorized withdrawals and provide customers with transparent, upfront information about charges. I expect urgent action and confirmation of my refund.
