I downloaded the Fotor app and signed up for the free trial. Before the trial period ended, I canceled the subscription to make sure I would not be charged. Despite this, the subscription renewed automatically, and ₺2000 was withdrawn from my card without my consent. What makes this even more frustrating is that the application is not even installed on my device anymore.
After noticing the unauthorized charge, I immediately submitted a refund request through the App Store. However, I still have not received my money back, and I am left dealing with an unjustified withdrawal that I never agreed to. A company should not charge users after a subscription has been properly canceled, especially for an app that is no longer in use.
I demand an urgent refund of the ₺2000 taken from my account and confirmation that my subscription has been permanently canceled. Fotor must ensure that canceled subscriptions are honored and that customers are not forced into unwanted renewals. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
