Epic Games Charged Despite Canceling My Fortnite Crew Subscription

I subscribed to the Fortnite Crew membership on Epic Games and immediately canceled the subscription afterward. However, I just received a notification that ₺79.99 was charged to my card under Fortnite’s name, even though the subscription was canceled.

This charge is completely unfair and unexpected, as I ensured the subscription was canceled promptly. I am requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge and would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
