I Face Double Charge for Fortnite Crew Subscription on Epic Games

On June 5, 2024, I attempted to subscribe to the Fortnite Crew using my own card through Epic Games, paying ₺79. The transaction failed three times. Then I tried using my mother’s card, and the subscription was successfully completed. However, when I later checked my bank statements, I realized that ₺79 was charged both to my card and my mother’s card, even though the subscription should have been billed only once.

I currently have an active Fortnite Crew subscription, but I was charged twice for the same service. I have the payment receipt for the transaction made with my own card as proof.

I request a refund of the extra ₺79 that was mistakenly charged to my account and expect the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
