Fortnite Crew Subscription Charged Me After Cancellation

I purchased the Fortnite Crew Pack subscription through my PC. Later, I canceled the subscription and completely deleted the game from my computer. However, despite canceling and not using the game, I noticed that two unauthorized charges of ₺80 each were made from my bank card on July 3 and August 3, totaling ₺160.

During this period, I did not play the game or log into my account. I do not accept these charges, as my subscription was already canceled. My Epic Games account is registered under b*********@gmail.com**, and the payments were made via my bank card. I also never received any email confirmation or notification regarding these transactions.

I am requesting a full refund of the ₺160 that was charged after the cancellation of my subscription.
