PUBG Mobile Charged Without My Consent—I Didn’t Get Any UC

I’m extremely upset with PUBG Mobile for charging me ₺359.99 without my knowledge or permission. I wasn’t even playing the game when this charge was made, and I never received any UC, in-game items, or benefits in return.

There was only one subscription on my account—worth around ₺30, and I’ve already canceled it. But this larger charge came out of nowhere, and it’s completely unauthorized. I received no confirmation, no warning, and worst of all, no value in return.

This kind of unauthorized payment is absolutely unacceptable. Players should feel safe that their accounts and wallets are protected, not exploited without notice.

PUBG Mobile, I demand a full refund of the ₺359.99 that was wrongly taken from my account, and I want clear assurance that this won’t happen again. You must take accountability and fix this issue immediately.
