I’ve been trying to purchase the Fortnite Crew Pack on Epic Games, but I keep encountering errors. I previously had an active subscription, but after a few days without sufficient funds on my card, my account seems to have been locked. Now, even when I try using a different card, the payment is rejected.
This issue is not related to my bank, as I’ve confirmed that the payment method is working fine for other transactions. It’s frustrating that I’ve been unable to resolve this problem for three days now.
