On August 17, 2021, I bought a brand-new Ford Puma from the Otokoc Ford store in Antalya. I've had electrical problems with the car since the first month I owned it, and they still happen to this day. At first, we told them that the windows and air conditioning stopped working, and they said that they had fixed it by putting new software on the car. But the problems kept happening, like the air conditioner turning on and off by itself, the fan going up and down, and problems connecting to Bluetooth. We took the car back to the dealer more than once, and they kept updating the software and even replaced the injectors and music screen, but the problems didn't go away. On my last visit, the customer service rep was rude and not very helpful. They told me they couldn't do anything else and suggested I call Otosan instead. While I was waiting for Otosan to respond to my complaints, my car suddenly warned me to take it to the service and stopped going faster. In drive mode, it also wouldn't start. As a mother of two kids, I'm very upset and disappointed about the careless service and the danger it puts my family in. I won't give up on going to court to stop this unfair treatment, and I have pictures and videos to back up my claims.
