Ford Puma FordPass Connection Problem Not Fixed

I purchased my Ford Puma from the Arkas dealership in İzmir in November 2024, and by the end of May, I started experiencing an issue with the FordPass connection. Since June, I have taken my car to two different service centers and contacted Ford’s customer service (Case No: FRD-4980083-F8P4). It has been nearly five months, and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. The service team confirmed that the TCU module is faulty, but the part has not been supplied during this time, and I have not been offered any temporary solution or support. My vehicle’s license plate is 35CHP193, and the problem persists every time I use the car. I submitted a request for a vehicle replacement due to the sale of a defective product, but I have received no response. Even though my car is new, I have had to constantly chase a solution, and my inconvenience continues. I expect Ford to resolve this situation and fulfill my vehicle replacement request as soon as possible.
