I purchased meat and pistachios from the Carrefour Okmeydanı market and noticed that both products were spoiled and stale just one day after purchase.
Even though I had my receipt and clearly showed that the products were not safe for consumption, no one at the store assisted me, and they did not stand behind the products they sold.
I paid approximately $27 in total for these items, and I find it unacceptable that a market of this size would sell spoiled products and then refuse to support the customer when the issue is reported.
I request a full refund for the spoiled meat and pistachios purchased from Carrefour Okmeydanı, and I expect this matter to be reviewed to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue.
