Payeer Support Not Responding While Funds Are Frozen

I have been using a Payeer wallet where I hold 42 USD, and as of 28 FEBRUARY, I have been unable to access the website. The Payeer site simply does not work, so I cannot log in to my account or withdraw my funds. I have tried to reach Payeer support about this situation, but I have not received any response. At the moment, my 42 USD is stuck in my Payeer account, and I have no way to access or transfer it. I request that my account be re-accessible or that my 42USD balance be safely withdrawn and transferred to a wallet address that I will provide, or that an alternative clear solution be offered so that I do not lose my funds. I expect Payeer to urgently clarify the status of the platform and my balance and to return my money without any loss.
