We purchased a 2024 Ford Focus Titanium Style on January 12, 2025, under my daughter’s disability report. From the moment we received the vehicle, we noticed serious electrical defects. I reported the issue to the Sakarya Ford Akgün dealership, where I had to wait 2 hours for a temporary fix. Unfortunately, the same issue returned within a week.
On my second visit, I waited another 4 hours, only to be told that a new part was needed. They said it might arrive from Romania or Otokoç, but couldn’t provide a concrete delivery date. The problem? The window control panel on the driver’s side, auto-folding mirrors, and all four automatic windows are malfunctioning—clearly an electrical system failure in a brand-new vehicle.
How can a zero-kilometer Ford vehicle be delivered with defects? It’s unacceptable. The dealership staff is inexperienced and unresponsive, and I feel completely neglected.
I was contacted by Ford headquarters in March after opening a formal complaint, and they promised to resolve the issue quickly. They even asked me to write a positive review on Şikayetvar once the issue was resolved. But here we are, four months later, and no one has reached out again.
I bought this car brand new and expect a flawless vehicle, not endless delays and service center runarounds. I demand Ford replace this vehicle or provide an immediate, permanent solution.
