I bought the vehicle and the steering wheel, which is a vital part about 2000 km, failed. We said it might be luck and the steering column of the vehicle was changed under warranty. However, the steering wheel, which is also a vital part of my vehicle, started not to fully gather itself during lane changes while driving. Since 16.03.2023 my vehicle has been in Trabzon Tunalar Ford authorized service. It's been 70 days today and my vehicle could not be built and delivered. Moreover, even if it is made and delivered, it is unclear how I will use the vehicle by relying on the steering wheel that has failed twice. After all, I don't want to lose my life at the wheel. Even that makes people nervous. I made a vehicle change request to Ford Otosan, but for 1 month, no one has called, asked, or given any information. I am still waiting. I called many times but no good information was given. No company has ever hurt me this much before. I don't understand what they are waiting for for the replacement of a vehicle that has broken down twice due to a part that affects human life such as the steering wheel. Ford brand was a complete disappointment for me. I no longer trust Ford Otosan, which has inflicted great financial and moral losses on me. I don't know what they expect for the vehicle replacement. While they could even cause fatal accidents due to steering failure, it really did not suit the huge Ford company that they were so callous. I will advise you to think 100 times before buying a vehicle. I hope my requests will be positive. Our suffering is relieved. There may be problems, but the important thing is to be able to please, and we have not seen this for sure until now.
