Ford Does Not Offer a Replacement Vehicle Due to the Delay

I was called by Ford, and it was stated that a car could only be rented through Avis for 5 days and no further allocation could be made. Excuse me, but how am I supposed to know in advance on which day I will have a health issue due to my special condition? I condemn Otokoç and Ford for trying to limit my grievance to a 5-day rental as if it were a bargaining at a livestock market. If a solution is not found promptly, I will report my complaint regarding the entire process to the Ministry of Trade and relevant ministries, and I will pursue all legal and judicial avenues.

I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 1.5 ti-vct titanium package car on behalf of my wife, Ayla G. M., from the authorized dealership Bursa Otokoç Ford on May 30, 2023. On the same day, I handed over my old car, a 2018 Skoda Fabia, to Otokoç for trade-in. They mentioned that my new car would be delivered within approximately two weeks. However, weeks have passed, and the vehicle has still not been delivered. We have several elderly family members who frequently deal with health issues. Due to this situation, I am constantly forced to rent cars, take taxis, or ask for favors from others. When I spoke to Otokoç, they informed me that my new car could only be delivered after the upcoming holiday week. If the delivery time was going to be this long, why did they take my old car from me immediately without foreseeing that it would stay with me until the new one was delivered? I urgently request to be provided with a replacement vehicle until the new car is delivered. I hope you can rectify this inconvenience as soon as possible.

The issue was resolved, a replacement vehicle was provided, and then my car arrived and I received it. Thank you.
