However, weeks have passed, and the vehicle has still not been delivered. We have several elderly family members who frequently deal with health issues. Due to this situation, I am constantly forced to rent cars, take taxis, or ask for favors from others. When I spoke to Otokoç, they informed me that my new car could only be delivered after the upcoming holiday week. If the delivery time was going to be this long, why did they take my old car from me immediately without foreseeing that it would stay with me until the new one was delivered? I urgently request to be provided with a replacement vehicle until the new car is delivered. I hope you can rectify this inconvenience as soon as possible.
