I am the owner of a 2024 Ford Courier Titanium, and for two years, I have been experiencing serious safety-related electronic malfunctions that have not been resolved despite repeated service visits. The vehicle automatically disables the security systems while driving; collision avoidance and blind-spot warning features switch off by themselves and become inactive. This situation undermines my trust in the vehicle and creates a constant sense of danger on the road.

Since I bought the vehicle, I have taken it many times to the authorized service Ovali in İskenderun, Hatay. Each time, they either installed software or updated the existing software and then returned the vehicle to me, but the problem has always continued. At my request, Ford’s engineers also examined the vehicle three or four times; however, despite these inspections and multiple interventions, no permanent solution has been provided.

The vehicle is still under warranty, yet for two years, I have been using a vehicle whose safety systems are frequently disabled and whose fault cannot be permanently fixed. I no longer trust that this problem will be solved with another software update. For this reason, I request that my 2024 Ford Courier Titanium be replaced with a fault-free, equivalent new vehicle.
