My family and I traveled round trip with Flydubai between Ankara and Dubai from January 22 to 25, 2025. On both flights, items were stolen from my luggage! On the outbound flight, my Dyson hair dryer went missing — I was devastated and nearly cried. On the return flight, a perfume I bought in Dubai, gold-colored with colorful stones on the cap, also disappeared, even though it wasn’t of high monetary value.
I’ve flown enough to earn Elite Plus status with Turkish Airlines, and I have never lost an item before — yet it happened twice, both times with Flydubai!
During the outbound flight, food was spilled in the aisle during meal service. If we hadn’t asked the flight attendant to clean it up, we would have been left sitting in that mess and unpleasant odor.
Although there was no delay, the thefts and lack of cleanliness were incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
