Flydubai Staff Opened My Suitcase Without Permission and Stole My Belongings

On November 3, at 03:05 AM, I arrived in Dubai on Flydubai flight FZ758 from Ankara ESB Airport. I had checked in one large suitcase. My 14-day trip turned into frustration from the very first day. When I arrived at my hotel and opened my luggage, I realized that all 20 packs of my cigarettes had been taken out of my suitcase. They even put the empty carton wrappers back inside, which clearly shows that my bag was opened and tampered with.

How can anyone open my luggage without my knowledge or permission? This is a serious violation of privacy and security. As soon as I return to Ankara, I will report this incident to the airport police. I expect an immediate and decisive response from Flydubai regarding this matter.
