Worst Customer Service – Avoid Nordwind Airlines!

They are completely misleading. Even the most flexible ticket cannot be refunded. They hold your money hostage. Customer service provides no real solution — only copy-paste responses. There is no one you can actually speak to. Despite calling many times, the only way to reach them is by email, and every email reply is identical, word for word, with absolutely no resolution.
