Worst Customer Service – Avoid Nordwind Airlines!
I canceled my flight before departure due to personal reasons and requested a refund exactly as stated in their policy. I sent an email as instructed, but after three days, I have received no response. There is no way to reach a real person, only useless automated chatbots that do nothing to help. I tried every possible way to contact them, but their customer service is nonexistent. To make things worse, everything is in Russian, so I had to translate every phrase just to understand their policies and processes. This is by far the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t recommend Nordwind Airlines to anyone—zero communication, no support, and a terrible experience overall. If you value your time and money, stay away!
