Incomplete Delivery From Floor&Decor Caused Long Delays in My Project

I began my bedroom project about a month ago, was really excited and thought I could finish it in no more than a week. I decided to order some vinyl from them to be picked up from this store in Connecticut because The first batch came in, and it was fine, as I kept going realized I’m going to run out of Vinyl before I can finish, decide to order a second batch anyway. What do I get? incomplete delivery! asked the store if they could fix it with what they already have. Nope, they told me all sorts of things about how their system is different and stuff. at this point, one month later, I'm still trying to finish what was supposed to be an easy project. Do you believe it? It seems like two steps back are followed by one step forward thx to their super systems.
