Where's My Order? Vivense Delivers Empty Promises & Ignores Complaints

I bought 4 wall sconces from the Vivense brand. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach customer service for technical inquiries were unsuccessful. The products were delivered a week later than originally promised. When I tried to install them, I quickly noticed that they had distinct variations and were also lacking certain components. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I did not receive any response. Currently, the system shows that your order is being processed and is scheduled to be delivered on March 10th. It's been more than two months and I still haven't received any of the products I ordered.
