Vivense Sofas Sent for Maintenance Not Coming Back for Two Months!!
in early October, we had to send those two triple sofas we got from Vivense to the service. The seating areas were sagging, and we wanted to get that fixed. delivery got postponed not once, not twice, but three times! today was the day! Finally, the sofas arrived at our doorstep. Only one of them actually showed up! we have absolutely no clue what's going on with the other one. No updates, no nothing. It's been two months already and we're still dealing with this issue. They initially said it would be fixed in 20 days, but it's been over two months now. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going to happen with our second sofa. Vivense really takes the cake when it comes to being unreliable. I mean, in all my years, I've never come across a company quite like them!!
