Gratis Delayed My Order since 16 August and Repeatedly Failed to Deliver

I'm still waiting for my order from 16 August to be ready for delivery from the store. I've had to wait quite a while for my previous order, with one taking 23 days and another taking 29 days. Legally, I do not have the authority to request a refund or receive the product. What an appalling system! If my order is not delivered promptly, I will express my dissatisfaction to the appropriate channels and refrain from making future purchases from this company. I have encountered this issue on multiple occasions. When I inquired with the store employee, they responded dismissively, stating that it was not their responsibility and that the store was out of stock. What should I do if the item is out of stock? Are you trying to mislead others? I am really annoyed. If you are unable to fulfill your promises, then please refrain from making them, Gratis company!
