Floor&Decor Waterproof Flooring Started To Warp in No Time
Be careful you guys, according to their twisted logic, waterproof only applies to spills from the top down, not from the bottom up. a serious case of false advertising… recently invested in the premium- flooring from them, expecting top-notch quality, within a few months of installation, I started noticing significant warping across various areas of my home. It wasn't just a minor inconvenience; the warping was quite evident, upon contacting the company and requesting an inspection, it was clear I wasn't the only one facing this problem yet, they said apparently, the high moisture levels detected in my home, exacerbated by the climate, rendered the warranty null and void, what were you expecting?? Or better asked, why do they sell these to people like me who live in this climate??
