TCL smartwatch was marketed and sold to us as waterproof and water-resistant, only to later discover that it's not covered under warranty for water damage. This company's practices are deceptive and unethical. I strongly advise staying clear of TCL; they've left us feeling cheated out of our hard-earned money. They now claim that the watch offers only minimal protection against water, despite promoting it otherwise, and the watch malfunctioned under minimal water exposure. Why didn't you say minimal when we first bought it, when you say waterproof, it's pretty clear that you can use it underwater or in the water when needed!!1
