How can a brand known for durability and outdoor reliability allow its shoes to fail within two weeks and then avoid accountability?
I paid a premium for a product I expected to trust, and I ended up getting soaked—literally and financially. Columbia, if you truly stand behind your products, replace these faulty shoes or refund my money. Otherwise, your promises about quality and performance mean nothing.
