I purchased a pair of Columbia Outdry shoes with a 2-year waterproof guarantee, but they failed to keep water out during light rain. The water entered through the upper part of the shoe, which is unacceptable for a product marketed as waterproof. I sent the shoes in for inspection, but the response I received stated there was "no problem with the product."
If the shoes are truly problem-free, they should not leak. This clearly indicates a defect, yet Columbia refuses to take responsibility. Considering the current value of these shoes is approximately ₺13,500, I expect a product of this price to perform as promised.
I demand an immediate replacement or a full refund. Columbia needs to stand behind its products and maintain the trust of its customers. This situation is highly disappointing.
