Flibco bus broke down on the way to the airport, how can I claim a full refund?

If your Flibco bus broke down, EU Regulation 181/2011 lets you get your money back or a new route when a normal service is canceled or delayed for more than 120 minutes.

Flibco also promises to let customers know about long delays or cancellations and protect them.

Send an email to [email protected] with your booking number, the route you took, the time you were supposed to arrive, information about the breakdown, photos, and any receipts for other transportation. The Contact page is another way to get in touch with them if you need to.

Ask directly for a full ticket refund, and if you weren't given a quick reroute, cite EU 181/2011 and ask for any compensation that is due. To back up your claim, keep all proof of extra costs, like the cab to the airport.

If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
