Fissler Premium Pressure Cooker Rust Stains




On August 2, 2025, I purchased a Fissler Premium pressure cooker for ₺7,799 and received it in Balıkesir. From the very first use, permanent marks resembling rust stains appeared around the rubber part of the inner lid, and they did not come off even after washing. Experiencing such an issue with such an expensive, world-renowned product after only two or three uses was truly disappointing. I reported the situation to the customer service, but they said they could not accept a return because I had opened and used the package, advising me instead to send the product to the service center. I haven’t sent it yet, but the product is under warranty and was purchased only two months ago. My order number is 3125080151020078, and I have the invoice. As a customer, I find it unacceptable for such a defect to appear and persist in such a short time. I am requesting a refund and kindly ask that this issue be resolved quickly.
