Fissler Failed to Address the Handle Issue on My Vitaquick Green Pressure Cooker

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my Fissler pressure cooker (FISSLER VITAQUICK GREEN 4,5) purchased on 2023 April. Despite careful use and adherence to the manual’s instructions, I recently noticed a crack and breakage at the connection point between the handle and the metal lid. I contacted the authorized service center in Turkey, but they attributed the damage to user error, which I strongly believe is not the case. Unfortunately, the service experience has been highly disappointing. In addition to dismissing my concerns, the staff engaged in an inappropriate argument with me over the phone. The product was purchased from Gallery Cristal, an official retailer of Fissler products in Turkey. While the store directed me to Fissler Turkey’s support team, I have been left with no resolution. It is worth noting that I have come across numerous similar complaints on Xolvie, a leading consumer complaints platform. Many customers have reported identical issues with Fissler products. However, the feedback about Fissler Turkey’s handling of these complaints is deeply concerning. Customers, including myself, have been met with dismissive and rude responses rather than support. I kindly request that my case be reviewed by your international team to ensure a fair and thorough assessment. I have attached the photos of the damage. Please let me know the next steps and whether the product can be inspected further.
