Fissler Ignored the Steam Leak in My Expensive Pressure Pot

February 18, 2025 3:08 PM92

In October 2024, I purchased a Fissler brand pot from Media Markt, and after a short period of use, it started leaking steam and failed to build pressure. I took the product to Media Markt for service, and after about a week, I was informed that the process regarding my product was completed. When I went to pick up the product, the service report stated that no faults were found, and the usage instructions were written. If there were no problems with the pot I bought for nearly ₺10,000, why would I send it for servicing? Also, how can I be sure that the product sent back from the service is indeed mine? I was very surprised by Fissler, a well-established brand, showing such a lack of attention in this matter. I expect the brand to stand behind the image it has built in the market and provide a solution for my issue
