FisherPriceTurkiye.com Ignored My Cancellation Request and Shipped From China
On April 23, 2026, I placed an order for a toy through the website fisherpriceturkiye.com with order number 3MHJ-Jxx69461rrzz6368 / n202604231534228521705. Because of the website name and its presentation, I believed that this was a Turkey-based store shipping products from within Turkey. I made a total payment of $44 for a toy purchased for my child’s personal use. The amount was converted using the current TRY/USD exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
After placing the order and completing the payment, I specifically contacted the seller to ask whether the products would be shipped from Turkey. I clearly stated in writing that if the shipment would come from abroad, I wanted my order to be canceled. However, the seller did not provide a clear answer to my question and ignored my cancellation request.
Despite all of these communications, my order was shipped from China and is currently shown as being in transit. International shipments may involve customs procedures, additional taxes, import fees, and other unexpected charges, which creates a serious problem for me. At no stage during the purchase process was I clearly informed that the shipment would be coming from outside Turkey.
The seller’s failure to clearly disclose that the product would be shipped internationally and proceeding with the shipment despite my written cancellation request represents a misleading sales practice toward consumers. I request that my order be canceled, that the full $44 payment be refunded to me, and that the seller’s practices of misleading customers in this manner be investigated.
