Watsons Cancelled My Paid Order and Still Sells Same Items

I placed an order on Watsons.com.tr on April 25, 2026, with order number 0374915370 for a total amount of approximately $440, and it was arbitrarily canceled without any valid explanation. After the cancellation, I checked the website and saw that the same products from my order were still available for sale, which clearly indicates that there was no stock issue or legitimate reason for the cancellation.

I paid for this order using my credit card, and the delivery address was Muğla / Menteşe. Following the cancellation, I was informed that my payment would be held in the system for 14 days, which is causing both financial inconvenience and a loss of time for me.

Despite this, the products I purchased are still actively being sold on the website. When I contacted Watsons customer service, I did not receive a solution-oriented response. Instead, I felt that my issue was not taken seriously, and I was given generic scripted replies such as “How else can I assist you?” while my main concern remained unresolved.

I do not accept the arbitrary cancellation of my order while the products are still available for sale, nor do I accept my payment being held for 14 days. I am not requesting a refund—I demand that the products I purchased and paid for be fulfilled and delivered to me as soon as possible, and that this unfair situation be corrected.
