Findanet Unauthorized Deduction From Nedbank Account

I would like to report an unauthorized deduction of R750.00 from my Nedbank cheque account on 5 March 2026 in the name of Findanet, even though I have never signed up for any services or created any account with this company. I noticed the deduction on my bank statement but there is no clear reference number or description other than the Findanet name. I contacted my bank, and they advised me to block my cards, but this does not resolve the fact that money has already been taken from my account without my consent. I request that Findanet urgently investigate this transaction, cancel any debit order or payment instruction that may have been set up in my name, and refund the full amount of R750.00 that was deducted without authorization. I also expect written confirmation that there is no active account or ongoing payment linked to my details so that this does not happen again.

I filed a complaint with Findanet regarding an unauthorized deduction from my account. However, I have not received any response yet, and I am requesting a refund.
