Request Refund And Cancelation Of Finda Subscription

On 09.01.2026, an amount of R750 was deducted from my Capitec card ending with 5888 for an unauthorized subscription on Finda.Net. Although I previously registered on Finda.Net, I did not at any stage authorize this specific amount or agree to this subscription. After noticing the deduction, I contacted Capitec, but they informed me that they could not assist in resolving the matter. I also emailed Finda.Net about this unauthorized charge, but I have not received any response. I request that Finda.Net immediately cancel this unauthorized subscription and refund the full amount of R750 that was deducted from my account without my consent. I also ask for written confirmation once the subscription has been cancelled and the refund has been processed.
