Findanet Unauthorized Debit - Money Taken Without Subscription Approval

I have a Findanet internet package and yesterday a debit attempt was made from my bank account, but there was no money in the account at that time. Today, an amount of 200 rand was taken from my bank account and on my bank records the reference appears as 535814095603. I did not approve this deduction and I was not aware of any active subscription that would allow Findanet to take money from my account. I have not yet contacted Findanet customer service or my bank about this issue. Through this complaint, I request a full refund of the 200 rand that was taken from my account and the immediate cancellation of any Findanet subscription or debit order linked to my bank account, as well as the assurance that no further unauthorized deductions will be made.
