FINDANET IIQUY Subscription Scam Charged My Account
I recently noticed a message and a charge from a company called FINDANET IIQUY on my Nedbank account, even though I have never knowingly used or subscribed to any service from them. On the day I saw the message, an amount of R750 was taken from my account without my authorization or clear consent. I do not know what this service is, I am not using it, and I did not agree to any recurring or once-off payment of R750 to FINDANET IIQUY. I contacted Nedbank about this, but I have not received any response or assistance so far, which is very concerning for me, as this is an unauthorized transaction. I request that any subscription or service related to FINDANET IIQUY linked to my Nedbank account be cancelled immediately, that no further debits be allowed, and that the full amount of R750 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask for written confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
