Finda.net Subscription Cancellation Failed - Charged After Request

I have a subscription with Finda.net that I have been trying to cancel since 25/12/2025, but I am experiencing ongoing difficulty cancelling it. Despite my attempts, the subscription has not been cancelled and I have continued to be charged. The subscription fees have been taken via debit card, and so far I have been charged approximately R750 during this period even though I wanted to stop the service. One of the references linked to these payments is JBPG4. My Finda.net account was created with the email address johannesmots***@gmail.com. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately, that no further charges be taken from my debit card, and that the amount of R750 that was charged after I tried to cancel be refunded to me. I also ask for written confirmation that my account has been closed and that no future debits will occur.
