Finda Net Deducted Recurring Charges Without Consent For Lost Device Service

I recently subscribed to Finda Net’s “find lost device” service and since then money has been deducted from my Capitec Bank account incorrectly. On 29 November 2025 at 09:36, an amount of R31 was deducted. Then on 30 November 2025 at 10:37, an amount of R750 was deducted from my account, even though I only intended to pay once for the subscription. These repeated and unexpected debits are unacceptable and causing me financial inconvenience. I contacted Finda Net customer support about these deductions, and I was told that they would get back to me, but so far I have not received any clear feedback or resolution. I request a full refund of all incorrect deductions taken from my account in relation to this subscription and written confirmation that no further unauthorised debits will be processed in the future.
I haven't received my refund
