Finda Net Charged Me After Canceling My Subscription Within 24 Hours
After receiving a notification from Finda Net stating that ₺1,750 ($50) would be charged from my account unless I canceled my monthly subscription within 24 hours, I immediately attempted to cancel it well before the deadline. However, despite completing the cancellation on time, my subscription was not terminated, and $50 was withdrawn from my credit card last night.
I request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the $50 that was wrongly charged. I also tried to contact Finda Net’s customer service, but there was no way to reach anyone. All my actions were carried out online, and I did not receive any confirmation or error messages during the cancellation process.
I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for Finda Net to review its billing system to prevent similar cases of unfair automatic charges.
