I Face a $50 Charge from Finda.net — Unable to Cancel Subscription Due to Error
For the past two days, I have been trying to cancel my subscription on Finda.net through their website. However, each time I attempt the cancellation, I receive an error message stating, “We are currently unable to process your cancellation request.” As a result, I have been unable to terminate my membership.
I also tried contacting Finda.net customer service, but received no response at all. Because my subscription could not be canceled in time, $50 was withdrawn from my account.
I request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the $50 that was wrongfully charged. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and I urge Finda.net to fix its broken cancellation system and provide proper customer support to prevent similar problems in the future.
