Finda.net Tried to Charge My Card Without Permission — Fake Membership Created

On October 24, 2025, an unauthorized membership was created on Finda.net using my phone number and credit card details without my knowledge or consent. The company then attempted to charge $50 to my credit card. I did not create this membership, nor did I receive any confirmation message, verification email, or contract approval screen related to such an account.

Despite my efforts, I was unable to contact Finda.net, as the company provides no valid customer service information. I received no assistance or explanation, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership and request that no charges be made to my credit card. I also expect a formal investigation and confirmation that my personal and financial data have been secured. Such unauthorized use of customer information is unacceptable and must be addressed promptly.
