Hidden Subscription Charge by pdfe.com After Single Download

On January 8, 2026, I noticed that $52 was charged to my Enpara credit card as a 2-month subscription fee on the website pdfe.com, without my knowledge or consent. I had only downloaded a single document from this site as a one-time, prepaid purchase, and I did not approve any subscription or recurring payment. Despite this, a subscription was started without my awareness and my card was charged.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank and informed them that I would dispute the transaction. However, no one from pdfe.com has contacted me, and I have not received any explanation or notification.

I demand that this unwanted and unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and that the full $52 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
