Demanding Immediate Refund After Finda.net Unauthorized Charge
I purchased a trial product from Finda.net without creating a membership. Despite this, on January 4, 2026, I noticed that $40 was charged to my debit card without my knowledge or consent. On the transaction receipt, this charge appears as “YDS finda.net.”
Because the website is almost impossible to reach, I have not been able to contact the company in any way. I also spoke with my bank, but no solution was provided regarding the withdrawn amount, and I am currently left with an unauthorized charge taken without my permission.
I am demanding that the unauthorized amount of $40 be refunded immediately to my debit card account. If this amount is not returned to me as soon as possible, I want to clearly state that I will exercise my legal rights and apply to all relevant authorities, including the Consumer Court, if necessary.
