Finda.net Ignores Refund Request for Unauthorized Charge

I canceled the subscription I purchased through Finda.net directly on their website, and I saw a notification on the screen confirming that the subscription had been canceled. Despite this, on January 4, 2026, at around 3:30 a.m., an unauthorized charge of $52 was made to my account.
Even though my subscription appears as canceled in their system, I do not accept the collection of $52. After this incident, I contacted them by email to report the issue; however, no solution has been provided so far.
I demand that this unjust $52 charge made for a subscription I canceled be refunded immediately, and that my subscription be fully terminated so that no unauthorized charges are ever made to my account again.
