Fiat's Disappointing Service for My Brand-New Egea Cross
I bought a new car from the Otokoc dealership in Ankara, Yenimahalle, back in early September. I noticed a weird noise coming from the steering wheel just two days after getting the car. I quickly told the service department about this problem. They admitted there was a problem and said it happened because of a broken part. They told me that they would let the factory know about it and, once they got the green light, they would replace the part. But it's been more than a month, and I haven't heard back from the factory since September 18th. I've reached out to the service department a couple of times, but there hasn't been any progress. I can't believe that one of Turkey's top car dealerships would have such a lack of professionalism.
