Ford Transit Differential Issues - Request for Resolution
We purchased a brand new Ford Transit passenger service vehicle. After just one month of use, we started hearing noise from the differential. We sent the vehicle to the Adana Oto Koç service, where some parts of the differential were replaced, and the vehicle was returned to us. However, within two weeks, the same noise began again, prompting us to send the vehicle back to the Adana Oto Koç service.
This time, the entire differential was replaced, but when we went to pick up the vehicle, we noticed that the problem persisted. We informed the authorities again, and they acknowledged that the issue was ongoing. A team from the headquarters came to inspect the vehicle and communicated that a decision had been made to replace the faulty part again.
We purchased this vehicle to comfortably transport our factory personnel, paying nearly ₺2 million for peace of mind with a new car. Currently, the vehicle has been waiting in the service for a month, and I am arranging alternative transportation for my staff, incurring daily losses. I have called Ford customer service at 4443673 numerous times to explain the situation. I requested that they take back the defective vehicle and provide us with a new one, but all I received was, "Sir, we have received your complaint, and our colleagues will get back to you."
You pay nearly ₺2 million, buy a new car, and then have to deal with the issues of a defective vehicle. This is unacceptable. I will be advising all my friends and business partners that Ford vehicles have problems and that they do not take care of their customers.

Thank you for the standard response. I have called your customer service about ten times, there is no solution, and our vehicle is still in the service waiting for the replaced part to be replaced again.
"Good luck" or "Take it easy"
