BMW Authorized Service After-sales Indifference
I brought my first car, which I bought from Özgörkey in 2015, to Özgörkey for two years, regularly and without any problems. I happily brought my car back to Özgörkey Automotive in 2019 for the first four years. They did their best regarding maintenance and service. After my service representative changed, they stopped working with me for an unknown reason. I called, but I was told I'd get a call back. When I called my assigned service representative, they didn't answer the phone; I sent messages, but they didn't even respond. I was treated as if I were a salesperson trying to sell something. In the following period, I started sending my car from Izmir to Manisa for an authorized service. About 10 days ago, I returned to Özgörkey, hoping that perhaps something had changed in terms of customer satisfaction inside and out, just as the exterior had changed, I contacted them again to inquire about pricing, delivery times, and additional inspections. When I called, I explained my concerns and requested a new service representative. They responded immediately and assured me they would get back to me. Ten days have passed, and my car's service light has changed from orange to red, and I still haven't received a call. Yesterday, I called again (as if trying to sell something), and was told I was sorry again and that I would definitely receive a call back later that day. You wouldn't be surprised if I didn't receive a call. I don't know if I've been blacklisted, but I suspect the company officials are unaware of this. The lack of value shown for months, even years, doesn't just diminish the brand's value; it also directly impacts my perspective on the BMW brand. It's truly become a brand I would never recommend to my family or friends.
