Renault Austral Defective Vehicle
My family bought a car on September 26, 2023. It's an Austral model and we got it from Saruhan Otomotiv, a Renault dealer in Çanakkale. After we started driving, we heard weird noises coming from different parts of the car like the doors and the console. We reached out to Saruhan Otomotiv and they told us to bring the car in for service. They promised to take care of the problems. After checking it out, they took off the doors, did some insulation work, and gave the car back. But we still heard the same sounds when we started driving again. We scheduled another appointment with the service center, but they told us that they would have to pass the issue on to headquarters. They said they would figure out a solution and let us know later. But today, the headquarters said that they don't have a solution right now and they don't know when they will have one. We called customer service multiple times to complain, but they didn't do much to help us. We were disappointed with the response we got when we asked for a refund or a fair exchange for the faulty vehicle. We feel like Renault and the Çanakkale dealer Saruhan Otomotiv have been neglecting us and treating us like victims. We want our money back, with the interest we've earned!
